# Lambda-Phi

Lambda-Phi is an AI-native company focused on the economics and operating systems of companies built around a small human nucleus and much greater machine leverage.

## Core thesis

AI changes more than task speed. It changes the minimum viable organization.

The unit of company-building is getting smaller. People set intent, values, constraints, and risk. Agents can handle recurring coordination, state transitions, research, and execution. Humans should stop acting as routers of information between tools. Their role becomes director of capability.

## Products

### Papika

Papika lets people keep working with their own agents while those agents can consult the work shared by their collaborators. Once sessions join a shared channel, the original work remains available for each person's agent to find the decisions and reasoning it needs. The outcome is collective progress without people writing updates, reconstructing context, or interrupting one another for routine handoffs. Papika preserves and connects the work; the participating agents determine what is relevant.

### JobOps

JobOps is an agent-driven system for operating a job search with more automation, speed, and leverage than manual job hunting. When a role appears, JobOps prepares a tailored résumé and answers from the candidate's profile. The candidate reviews and sends the application.

### Applied systems

Lambda-Phi also explores and builds agent workflows that remove recurring human work from founder-led companies. The aim is greater operational leverage with fewer coordination layers.
