Scope
This notice describes how Lambda-Phi, located in San Jose, CA, handles information collected through this website and its forms. It does not replace any privacy terms supplied with a Lambda-Phi product.
Information collected
An invitation request includes your work email, the product you choose, and the answers you provide about your work or job search. A contact message includes your email, optional name, and message. A submission may also include source or campaign values carried in the page URL. Like most websites, the systems that operate this site receive basic technical request information such as network address, browser type, requested page, and time.
How Lambda-Phi uses it
Lambda-Phi uses this information to evaluate and manage invitation requests, respond to messages, communicate about the selected product, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, understand where requests originate, comply with law, and protect Lambda-Phi’s rights. Invitation and product emails include an unsubscribe option when required.
How information is disclosed
Lambda-Phi may provide information to contractors and service providers that help operate the site, manage communications, or support the business. They receive only what is reasonably necessary for that work.
